Saturday's Strength, Core, Balance, and Stretching

Train every Saturday after the Fall Elite dates 11:30-12:00 with GVC certified trainers.  Trainer Chris Tucciarone will lead this group every Saturday.  Their volleyball specific workout will help players with their strength, coordination and balance.  Players will then be lead through stretching for injury prevention and cool down.  

Assisting in Chris' absence will be GVC trainer Francky Trofort.
